Japan on Film - Nagano [Kodak Portra 800]
It was my first time in Nagano, a prefecture that I've wanted to visit for quite a while now and finally got to it at the start of winter!
I was lucky when I arrived in Nagano and it snowed the same night and the next few days and nights when I was there. This was early December. Managed to snap photos near the hotel. Didn't want to venture too far as I already took a nice shower and enjoyed my onsen for the night! It snowed when I was enjoying the outdoor onsen too, felt like a snow monkey.

Spent my first two days in Nagano at a leisurely pace because I was tired from all the travel and just wanted to take my time to see the city.

Brought my 40mm and the Alum anamorphic adapter along. Some photos of Zenkoji Temple in Anamorphic. I was just walking aorund and went to the back of the temple where there was a small garden path and found some great evening light.

More evening light at the temple. It was later in the day so the crowds were thin.

I continued my walk around and found that there was a museum nearby, so that's where I went! I think that's why I enjoy travelling alone so much. I just go wherever I feel, at my own slow pace.

Sunset snaps to end the day. Taken at the outdoor roof of the museum to end a peaceful afternoon just roaming around.

Back to the station where my hotel was and also a snowy morning to start the next day.
