Ginkgo season!

Back in Tokyo and was greeted by lovely golden Ginkgo trees in the late afternoon light that hits just at the right angle.

Took a stroll around the neighborhood near my hotel before dinner and enjoying the golden light. It's definitely worth visiting at the start of winter for sights like this in Tokyo.

The next few days were just chasing more Ginkgo trees, trying to capture as many as I can during the limited hours of sunlight in the day during winter. And also just going around Tokyo doing my usual things like food and long walks (with a bit of shopping)

Ultramax 400 from here on. Ended the ginkgo tree hunt evening after walking from the Diet building past the Imperial Palace moats then to Tokyo Station and Marunouchi for the winter lightup. It's the best season to be walking around in Tokyo. I missed the huge Christmas tree within Kitte but I was hungry by the end of the walk.
