Random snaps on the Leica CL [Fuji C200]
At this point I was still trying to figure out the camera and to find my footing with Rangefinder cameras. On one hand, I like them for the compact size and of course being able to get into the M mount system was very exciting at that time. But on the other hand, I was still trying to master the rangefinder focusing. I was not new to manual focusing since the kit lens that came with my 450D many moons ago when I started photography, died on me and I had to manual focus. Granted, I had focus confirmation assist back then but it got me into the habit and trained my muscle memory. I also shot on the AE-1P for a few years but of course one could argue focusing through the lens is definitely easier. More on why I was struggling so much later on and why I decided to sell the cameras later in other posts, likely on the last few photos I made on the CL and CLE.
Some snaps of my friend, Kieran, before our Mookata dinner.

A late morning stroll around East Coast Park.

After my birthday lunch. You could tell my focusing was not spot on at all. (but hers was! even though she was not a rangefinder shooter. maybe it was a lucky shot)
